WELL, HELLO. I’m glad you’re here. It’s good to share a lightwave or two with you. I guess by now you’ve figured out my name (Willa Köerner), and a little bit about me (I make art and design). I’m Willa from Vermont, an ex-citizen of New York, currently living in the Mission District of San Francisco, California. I graduated from Vassar College back in ‘09, and have since been filling my time with “alternative art jobs”. If you’ve got a project for me, or if you just want to say hi, please send me an e-mail:
WILLA.KOERNER@GMAIL.COM
I’ve got a large Internet footprint, which I hope Google will soon figure out how to offset. In the meantime, I’m growing a lot of plants in my windowsill, because something tells me that helps.
I’ve got a website that isn’t a blog, which mostly consists of my thesis work from college. It’s also got my photography portfolio, and some drawings from the digital age. All that (and more!) can be found HERE.
I keep a photography blog on tumblr, which you can find HERE. It’s hard not to mix up what’s photo and what’s not, but I try. You can also find me on flickr, where I tend to dump anything and everything visual.
Maybe you’d like to follow me on twitter, since I like to tweet about weird things that happen… like when I step in dog poop, but then it actually turns out to be $50. You can find me (@willak) HERE.
I’m also on Facebook (obvs), but I think we should be friends in real life before you’re allowed to poke me.
Thanks for coming over to my Internet home.
